The Mission

As a Ops Coordinator, you are a key part of the Customer Experience team focused on supporting our animated client base as well as our All-Star Alfred Squad. You are super logistics & process oriented, thriving when digging in the weeds & handling challenges with calmness & resourcefulness. Your part is to be on the front lines -- with one hand you'll be fielding SMS & inbound emails from clients; with the other, youll be supporting our hard-working Alfred base. You are critical for us achieving our mission of changing the world with human powered technology.

What Youll Do

  • Become the liaison for our Alfreds, in constant communication when theyre in the field
  • Coordinate & manage the Alfreds routes based on optimal efficiency
  • Coordinate & drive multiple requests simultaneously to execution (aka: get things done for customers.)
  • Understand & represent the ACM voice both internally & externally
  • Manage multiple vendors across different service types
  • Maintain a positive working culture for our ACM team, supporting & empowering all members
  • Capture & solve service errors
  • Make yes / no calls on requests based on on cost-efficiency
  • Work with nonconventional hours at times to support logistics]

What Else Youll Need

  • Bachelors degree
  • Work experience
