As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) you are the key advisor to Moogsoft's most valuable customers. You serve as an ambassador to the customer's team & ensure their business priorities are aligned to maximize the value of their investment & accelerate their digital transformation. AIOps moves fast & you'll need to be responsive to requests, flexible yet organized & always ready to jump in & lead.
