As a member of the Global Marketing Team, reporting to our Global Marketing Expert, Giulia, your mission is to make sure our marketing strategy is built on clear market insights & segments analysis in all Qonto markets.

You will work with Qonto's different local & global marketing team members, help define & execute the marketing strategy & ensure coordination, in order to carry out your missions!

You will have the opportunity to partner with several other teams in the company, including Product Marketing, Revenue, BI, Strategy to enrich our segmentation - the source of truth to understand our segments/ personas, to define our target priorities, & our positioning.
This role requires strong project management skills, a data-driven approach, & proven experience in managing relationships with both internal & external stakeholders.

‍‍As a Marketing Project Manager at Qonto, you will

Coordinate strategic projects across markets & ensure alignment on the marketing strategy, budget allocation, & reporting
Analyze the evolution of our segments in each of Qonto's markets & define strategy/ actions to improve our positioning for our priority targets, partnering with Growth teams, Product Marketing team, Revenue team, Strategic team, BI team, International teams
Organize & run quantitative & qualitative user research, partnering with local marketing teams & external specialized agencies when relevant, to enrich our prospects & customers knowledge for each segment
Monitor our key competitors & other fast-growing FinTech & tech players, focusing on marketing & comm strategies, to share best practices & suggest tactical actions to the global & local teams

What you can expect

About You

Experience: You have 2 years of experience in a marketing or project management role (either in a consulting firm or in a fast-growing startup)
Languages: You speak English fluently, an additional language will be a plus (FR,DE, ES, IT)
Education: You have a Master's or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business or Engineering
Team-player: You love working hand-in-hand with several stakeholders within the company as well as partnering with external agencies
Autonomous: You have strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, & you are hands-on
Analytical thinker: You have a data-driven approach & you are proactive in recommending improvements & actions based on the evidence
