We are looking for a dynamic, energetic & driven Associate Manager for our Transaction Services team.   You will oversee a team of Transaction Coordinators who manage the transaction details throughout the contract process, freeing agents to focus on building client relationships & advancing their business. Our Transaction team members serve as the first point of contact for all document & compliance related tasks, ensuring a smooth path to closing. From document gathering to deadline tracking, your goal is to ensure that we make life easier for agents & clients every step of the way. You will bring extensive experience & strong industry contacts & be the ongoing central point of communication for the Transaction Coordinator team.

At Compass You Will:

  • Attract, develop & retain the Transaction Coordinator teams in Atlanta, & develop a best in class functional area supporting our team of agents
  • Design & implement processes, procedures, & systems architecture to meet the needs of the rapidly growing business
  • Ensure business requirements are properly configured in all systems
  • Identify, evaluate & recommend key technologies to improve business processes
  • Maintain documentation of key operational processes, system improvements & their revisions
  • Coordinate audits for compliance & transaction closings, as required
  • Ensure that systems are in place to achieve compliance  goals, aggregate required forms & meet statutory obligations
  • Ability to digest detailed contractual agreements & make informed decisions based on content
  • Monitor & improve review techniques
  • Occasional travel between Atlanta offices is required
  • Work closely with Transaction Coordinators to ensure a complete electronic broker file is maintained for all transactions in our transaction system
  • Be the ongoing central point of communication for file review questions & concerns
  • Monitor & update transaction checklists as needed based on new forms release & other requirements
  • Work with the broker of record to develop & revise local/regional disclosures as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

  • B.A. or B.S. degree
  • In-depth knowledge of Real Estate Transactions - MLS, zipForm, DocuSign, Google Suite
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Strong written & verbal communication
  • Customer service oriented
  • Impeccable attention to detail, organization & problem-solving skills
  • Passion for compliance & staying up to date on current real estate related matters & forms revisions
