DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the Director of Marketing to execute the marketing strategy for the company. You will help plan & execute online marketing activities to drive traffic, identify qualified leads, & generate sales. In this role, you will be responsible for creating digital campaigns across all client verticals & leveraging content from our insights team to develop targeted strategies. Successful candidates will be highly creative with demonstrable experience in identifying target audiences & devising digital campaigns that engage, inform & motivate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Director of Marketing in executing the strategic marketing plan for the company
  • Help develop a digital marketing roadmap that incorporates a website traffic plan with goals & benchmarks
  • Repurpose content to engage prospects throughout the sales cycle & drive demand, leads, MQLs & opportunities
  • Design & execute funnel-based marketing campaigns, including but not limited to email marketing, Google Adwords, LinkedIn ads, SEO strategy
  • Oversee & report onlead lifecycle across the various funnel stages & operational processes (e. capture, nurture, score, distribute, close)
  • Collaborate & work closely with members of the sales, account management & data teams
  • Regularly engage with design contractors to support digital marketing efforts
  • Generate monthly reports on our marketing campaigns performance & analyses of site & social traffic
  • Own data management & data integrity in the Hubspot marketing CRM
  • Maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar including events, product launches, content series, & marketing campaigns
  • Monitor & report on competitive space (product launches, strategy, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS

Required skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (English, Communication, Marketing)
  • 3-5 years of relevant digital marketing experience
  • Experience working with SaaS products or marketing B2B products
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) skills
  • Excellent analytical & project management skills
  • Hands-on experience working with marketing platforms such as: Google Analytics, CMS platforms (Hubspot), Wordpress
  • Highly-motivated self-starter with a positive "get it done" attitude & ability to work independently
  • Ability to interact & work collaboratively with business units, executives & staff

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with, or marketing to, financial institutions & corporate clients (Hedge Funds, PE Firms, VCs, Fortune 500 companies)
  • Experience building & optimizing landing pages & user funnels
  • Design skills & experience using Adobe Illustrator or Indesign
  • Basic html knowledge
