Were looking for a Content Marketing Manager to write & produce clear, compelling content at scale. This role is responsible for supporting multiple marketing campaigns with original thought leadership content that drives leads, increases engagement, & amplifies our campaign messages & goals. The ideal candidate will have proven experience turning technical expertise into engaging content, knowledge of B2B marketing organizations, & experience in enterprise software. 

To be successful in this role, you need:

  • The ability to create, maintain, & execute a campaign content strategy & editorial calendar, in close collaboration with campaign managers & product or industry marketers.

  • To produce original thought leadership content (e.g. eBooks, whitepapers, blog posts, infographics, landing pages, video scripts, emails,) that drives leads, attracts audiences, encourages engagement, & supports campaign messaging & goals. 

  • To communicate & collaborate with other marketing leaders (including campaign managers, product/industry marketing, influencers, corporate comms, SEO, creative, & social media) to plan, produce, & distribute content. 

  • Creativity to brainstorm new content ideas & extensions based on interviews with subject matter experts (both internal & external), competitive research, SEO research, & market trends. 

  • To conduct regular content audits to refresh outdated content, retire assets, & identify gaps & new opportunities. 

  • To work closely with the Marketing Operations team to report on defined KPIs & campaign effectiveness, with an eye toward real-time reporting.

Basic qualifications:

  • 5+ years of content marketing, inbound marketing, brand journalism, or related experience within enterprise software. 

  • Bachelors Degree

  • Proven writing & editing skills with original bylines/content to support.

  • Experience in Google Business Suite, Google Analytics, & SEO tools preferred.  

  • Experience with the public sector, financial services, and/or insurance industries preferred.
