About the Position:
As the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, you will be a key leader within ChowNow's multifaceted Go To Market organization. This role is responsible for the strategy, management, & execution of Sales & Partnership operations designed to engage our total addressable market of approximately one million restaurants in SMB, mid-market, & enterprise segments through multiple product lines. This role is highly cross-functional & will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Data Science, Business Systems, Finance, & Product teams as our expert in revenue operational excellence.
This role reports directly to the Chief Business Officer, & will manage a team of Revenue Operations professionals.
This is a remote position based in one of our employee hubs of Los Angeles, San Francisco, Austin, Atlanta, NYC, Kansas City, or Chicago.
