Who you are
You eat, sleep, & breathe design. You are just as comfortable designing for any screen size as you are for any printed material & you thrive in situations where you are empowered to push creative boundaries. You are a detail-oriented person who understands the value of brand & believes consistency is key. You're comfortable storytelling - communicating design decisions to various partners & the broader organization. You're goal-oriented, but know the best way to get there is together & you get energy from collaboration, discussion, & partnership. You are highly skilled with Adobe Creative Suite. If you know animation, even better. You have a strong portfolio of work across multiple platforms & 2-3 years working in graphic design, preferably in a B2B capacity in e-commerce with a brand team, or at an agency. We would be extra impressed if you have art direction & concept-ing experience.
What the role is
In this Graphic Designer role, you will be an integral part of the creative team, responsible for working in tandem with our copy partners, creating & maintaining the visual brand identity with our B2B team & for our external business partners. While this role will be focused on B2B, it will also give someone the opportunity to work on broader content for our consumer audiences as well. You will be part of the team that finds opportunities to improve Drizly's design practices & processes, & bring the brand to life in new & innovative ways.
