Were looking for a VP, Platform Sales to grow & develop a team of platform sellers & drive the execution of our platform sales strategy. In partnership with the CEO & peer Sales Leaders, you will support the integration of our emerging data platform solutions into a cohesive company sales strategy that emphasizes the value proposition within the broader set of Yieldmo offerings. The ideal candidate has strong sales leadership skills & a track record in building & scaling strategies that deliver growth results against aggressive business targets. You bring an expertise in selling to brands & agency leaderships, building organizational structure & processes, developing meaningful value propositions, & holding your business to the highest performance & accountability standards.
- A road warrior eager to drive new products to market educating brand advertisers & their agency leadership on the value of Yieldmos data platform solutions.
- Mentor, develop, & support your team in taking emerging products & our strong suite of offerings to market.
- Support the development of our platform solutions sales strategy, developing the winning sales plan & driving product positioning & value proposition in the marketplace
- Develop & manage a robust pipeline of cross-vertical sales opportunities with a focus on strategic accounts
- Leverage your deep relationships at brands & agency leadership to drive Yieldmos strong position in the marketplace & create new business opportunities
- Manage relevant client relationships & recommend program solutions to facilitate increased cross selling
- Provide business development & thought leadership through opportunity identification to grow new business, driving new capabilities & incremental business success
- Own & provide market leadership to platform sales team, serving as subject matter expert throughout the full sales cycle
- Become an expert on Yieldmo's data platform with a deep understanding of its functionality, features & impact for clients
- Pulse on the changing industry, & feed that knowledge to internal stakeholders to bolster opportunities that will grow the business through product innovation & identified customer needs
- Use problem-solving & analytical skills to determine how to maintain client satisfaction & deliver results
- Evangelize Yieldmo in the marketplace, & the overall importance of data platforms solutions as a key component in strategy
Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified:
- 10+ years of SaaS/Technology sales experience, preferably selling data or analytics to brand advertisers (Saas/adtech preferred), pitching to AVP-level & above
- Proven & effective team leader with a passion for creating winning sales team as evidenced by quota achievement & territory growth
- Successful track record hiring & leading teams selling SaaS solutions in the adtech space
- Extensive experience selling into global strategic accounts with a strong track record of negotiation & closing
- Expertise in prospecting, cross-selling & developing relationships with C-level executives
- Strong solution selling skills with the ability to demonstrate strong product knowledge
- Ability to establish clear value propositions via excellent communication skills in these forms: customer conversations; company & product presentations; written communications such as email & proposals
