The primary responsibility of the Global Sales Operation Director is to support sales leaders across the Ticketing business to drive revenue through effective & streamlined sales operations practices.
This will be achieved by identifying existing practices, conducting a deep analysis of their effectiveness & working with commercial leaders & teams across all regions to streamline how we operate & to introduce impactful initiatives.
The Global Sales Operation Director plays a major role in working with various teams across the business to ensure that our sales operations practices are effective, streamlined & allow the business to scale.
You will have a demonstrated understanding of the integrated functions within a sales organization & the ability to build & execute on programs that drive transparent & superior sales results.
