They create lasting impact by being part strategic advisor, part client developer, & part team builder. They inspire & lead teams to solve clients toughest brand & business challenges.
What were looking for
We want a strong balance of thought & action & a love of really understanding a clients business & arriving at insights that solve their challenges via their brand. We need an excellent analytical, critical thinker with an expert-level understanding of branding, business & strategic planning. We want someone who is always seeing two steps ahead & has proven experience leading large complex projects with executive business acumen. We want someone who is able to independently lead large accounts & are credible C-level presenters.
We need an inherent curiosity, innovative thinker, executive insights & cutting-edge solutions bringing to the table. We want the ability to see the big picture, present & future, & explore those possibilities with a finger on the pulse of design & technology. We want a results-focused, collaborative, passionate & enthusiastic approach grounded in firm strategy but flexible enough to excel in a changing world.
Given the nature of our current client roster, we are seeking digitally-fluent candidates who have direct experience working through complex cosmetics/beauty FMCG clients. Passion for new business development/pitching is a must to be successful in this role.
