We are on a mission to build a state-of-the-art Sales Academy that will power our sales machine, ensuring all sales teams - Direct Sales, Customer Engagement & Partner Sales - have best-in-class training & the right tools to maximize revenue growth. Operating within a new software category, this role will be critical to bringing Privitar's expertise in privacy engineering technology to market, helping companies successfully implement effective privacy protection & igniting innovation.
The Sales Academy will provide a full certification process & final examination on Sales Privitar DNA & Process, Privitar Product Offering & Domain Knowledge including Privacy Engineering, Big Data etc. It will be designed to accelerate the onboarding of new hires & provide ongoing, regular training for all customer facing employees in all territories, globally, owning all aspects & initiatives across sales enablement to increase sales productivity & drive organic revenue growth at scale. This will include developing & evolving existing & future programs as required & helping to foster strong alignment across product, sales, marketing & HR initiatives & resources.
