As a Partner Success Principal, youll be the face & voice of Via for our partners both internally & externally. Youll work collaboratively with Mayors, CEOs, Heads of Innovation & Sustainability Managers to develop, deploy & optimize advanced transportation networks in communities around the U.S. Youll be responsible for consulting on complex & impactful transportation services & converting that work into long term revenue growth. 

What Youll Do:

• Own the success of advanced transportation systems in our partners cities, acting as the primary point of contact for executive city & agency leadership
• Act as a trusted advisor & consultant to our partners, helping to convert their ideas & community needs into revenue opportunities for Via
• Contribute to the strategic decision-making, rigorous project planning, & entrepreneurial approach required to ensure success of Via solutions in a given city
• Deliver insightful analysis from large quantities of data produced from our platform, helping executives such as Mayors & agency CEOs decipher mobility, demographic, & sustainability trends within their communities
• Negotiate multi-year & highly complex partnership agreements between Via & public agencies

Who You Are:

• You have a minimum of 7+ years of relevant client facing work experience, including (but not limited to) consulting, consultative customer success, or success at a high growth company.
• You enjoy fast-paced environments, arent deterred by setbacks or pivots, & thrive in roles requiring a very high degree of responsibility.
• You are eager to take on formal & informal leadership roles within Via & have a desire to grow quickly.  
• Entrepreneurial relationship builder who remains calm & collected when faced with highly complex, politically sensitive situations.
• Quantitatively-inclined & data savvy; you may not be a SQL expert, but you enjoy drawing quick, insightful conclusions from complex data sets, asking critical questions, & synthesizing raw numbers into simple, actionable recommendations.
• A reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality. An excellent team player; youre a meaningful individual contributor, & a mentor to others on your team. You view successes as a team effort, & enjoy working with others.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Final salary will be determined by the candidates experience, knowledge, & skills. Salary reflected does not include equity or variable pay, where applicable
• Salary Range: $125,000-$165,000
