About The Team:
The Operational Excellence Coordinator drives efficiency & quality by improving processes, practices, & skills to meet business objectives & customer expectations, fostering change through people & processes to advance the business.
What You Will Be Doing:
Lead by example to drive continuous improvement, manage yellow belt projects, & share best practices
Oversee operational excellence projects, mitigate risks, & ensure smooth operations
Implement & integrate new processes, technologies, & standards in line with best practices
Document & report improvements, sharing insights across the organization
Ensure compliance with Food Safety & Health & Safety standards & address concerns
Lead ad hoc projects & champion employee engagement & wellbeing initiatives
Who You Are:
GCSE Maths grade B or equivalent, with strong numerical & problem-solving skills
Proven experience in supporting projects, with proficiency in GSheets/Excel
Strong interpersonal & communication skills, & a preference for a STEM degree
Relevant work experience, project management, & manufacturing knowledge are advantageous

Working Schedule: Mon - Fri 8am-5pm
