Peloton is searching for a People Systems Analyst to support our growing People Systems function. This position is key contributor to People Information Systems architecture & systems management. You will be the trusted resource for systems planning, architecture, implementation, application administration, roles management, & business unit functional support.


Administration & Project Management

  • Manage day-to-day system operations, annual talent cycles, special projects
  • Deep system knowledge to make process & system changes, including configuration , permissions, etc.
  • Ensure consistent processes across solution
  • Maintain SOX compliance, where applicable. Partner with Internal Audit & necessary COEs to address any issues
  • Create & maintain positions, foundation objects, table data, & as needed, employee masterfile data
  • Support implementation of new products, new process & requirements
  • Manage quarterly release updates & work with leadership to determine enablement plan
  • Manage thorough testing of system changes in Preview/Test (if applicable) & Production environments
  • Ensure refresh of Preview/Test environments to mirror Prod settings as part of system maintenance processes
  • Support organizational communication & change management efforts
  • Maintain system configuration & process documentation
  • Coordinate creation & delivery of training for end users (Documentation/Training materials)
  • Manage integrations to 3rd party vendor solutions
  • Strong project management & communication skills, including strong Agile expertise
  • Excellent analytical skills, organizational, & time management skills with the ability to set priorities to coordinate multiple assignments with fluctuating & time-sensitive deadlines


  • Ongoing support of end users (understanding process & functionality)
  • Tickets/Support desk
  • Interaction with SuccessFactors Support to manage tickets/resolution


  • 3+ years of hands-on HRIS systems experience
  • Bachelors Degree in an applicable field
  • Experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors including setting up permissions, & various modules within the system
  • Excellent time management, written & verbal communication, & follow-up skills
  • General understanding of database relationships
  • Ability to handle cross-functional projects & initiatives
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities & evaluate & utilize resources as needed
  • Ability to diagnose problems & identify & drive appropriate solutions
  • Ability to challenge convention
  • Excellent attention to detail, process oriented & high-level of accuracy
  • Ability to relate to, influence & collaborate with employees at all levels in the organization
  • Strong computer proficiency, specifically in Excel (experience creating pivot tables, using v-lookups & filters/sorting, knowledge of formulas)
  • Knowledge or experience with SAP Success Factors suite a plus
