Were on the lookout for a data-driven Vice President of Growth & Performance Marketing to join our Performance Marketing team. In this role you will use your extensive experience leveraging both online & offline marketing channels to drive new customer acquisition & retention online, in-store, & across our suite of mobile apps. You will be responsible for leading an established in-house team to motivate both efficient & scalable growth while maintaining the highest degrees of brand integrity. What youll do:

  • Using key marketing channelsincluding SEM, paid social, display, video, podcast, email, print, etc.develop new (and scale existing) customer acquisition strategies to drive growth across ecommerce, retail, & vision services
  • Lead & mentor online, offline, & 1:1 marketing teams to achieve consistent, profitable new customer growth, as well as expand our customers value over time
  • Partner with the Brand Management team to brief in & develop new creative assets for deployment across existing & emerging channels, with the dual purpose of driving growth & enhancing the brand
  • Collaborate with the Ecommerce, Brand, FP&A, Strategy, & Retail teams to set CAC targets & performance benchmarks, define forecasts, refine analytics dashboards, & design roadmaps to achieve company-wide strategic objectives. This will also include partnering with Ecommerce & Retail leaders to help build annual forecasts through bottom-up planning.
  • Develop & manage the annual budget and, in collaboration with FP&A & Ecommerce, adjust plans monthly based upon realized return on investment
  • A self-starter with the ability to prioritize & shift focus with ease & flexibility
  • Expertise in providing clear creative direction & timely/helpful feedback to improve creative alignment & processes to keep work on budget & schedule
  • Strong team builder, mentor, & leader of diverse creative talent
  • Capable of handling numerous projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Work alongside our Technology & Digital Product teams to develop & enhance our content management system (CMS) & customer data platform (CDP), driving improvements in ROI through more personalized & tailored experiences
  • Design marketing experiments & leverage technology to enable Warby Parker to scale otherwise hard-to-measure marketing channels, optimizing outcomes both online & in store
  • Report key findings & results to executive leadership team on a recurring basis
  • Enhance Warby Parkers position as a leader in holistic vision services by cultivating a world-class organic search content strategy

Who you are:

  • Backed by 15+ years of performance marketing experience, leading internally built online, offline, & 1:1 marketing teams, plus experience in managing a large budget
  • Successfully builds & executes growth strategies for both growth & scaled companies
  • Has proven experience developing & scaling new programs, as well as monitoring & refining existing programs, to meet the companys objectives, strategies, & forecasts
  • Eager to work in a highly collaborative environment
  • Ready to wield your unparalleled analytical skills to establish priorities & communicate expectations
  • Has established credibility through vision, thought leadership, technical expertise, & implementation
  • Strong team builder, mentor, & leader of diverse creative talent
  • Capable of handling numerous projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Not on the Office of Inspector Generals List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
