We are looking for a detailed oriented & experienced QA specialist to join our team & contribute to Reserve's products & services quality standards.

You will use your knowledge to ensure software runs smoothly & requirements meet client needs. The ideal candidate is a remarkably organized, detail focused professional who can adjust priorities & pursue continuing skills improvement to apply in the solutions.

Ultimately, but nevertheless, you will work in a currently growing QA area actively engaged with analysts, developers & stakeholders, providing you the opportunity of working in a collaborative environment where you can apply your analytical, problem-solving, & decision-making skills.

What you'll do:

• You will be supporting the technology delivery team through the design phase, implementation & verification tasks
• You will collaborate closely with business analysts, software developers & operation analysts
• You will be responsible for creating & documenting test cases/scenarios, performing manual executions, recording results & defects & re-executing scenarios after defect resolution by developers
• You will be ensuring all development tasks meet our quality criteria & keep raising the bar of standard quality processes

How you'll measure success:

• 2+ years of manual functional web testing
• Excellent Communication & Learning skills
• Strong knowledge of test case creation & follow up on management tools (Jira, Redmine)
• Identifying, analyzing & reporting issues to the team & interested stakeholders
• Write & maintain ongoing testing & process documentation
• Developing testing solutions that meet needs of clients & customers
• Ability to mine for data using SQL/noSQL to validate test results (Nice to have)
• Knowledge of API Testing, Git, Postman, Cypress (Nice to have)
