CLEAR is seeking a results-driven sales leader to drive the growth of our platform business, Powered by CLEAR. Youll play a critical role in building & leading a high-performing, scalable B2B sales team, contributing to the overall strategy & direction of the business, & representing CLEAR in the marketplace.


What you'll do:

  • Develop & execute on a scalable sales strategy that achieves CLEARs growth KPIs
  • Build tangible sales campaigns to grow awareness, generate qualified leads, win & retain customers
  • Establish a robust customer feedback loop with your technical partners & work with them on non-standard customer deals
  • Implement necessary systems, processes & tools to enable sales team effectiveness & performance
  • Establish targets & incentive plans to drive accountability
  • Build & coach a world-class sales team that embodies CLEARS values & achieves amazing results

The base salary range for this role is $250,000 - 300,000 depending on levels of skills & experience.

The base salary range represents the low & high end of CLEARs salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience & performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEARs total compensation package for employees & other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
