About The Team:

The Planning team is our most data-driven team in HelloFresh, which sees the planning, scheduling & analysis of the production of our boxes comes to life! With hundreds of thousands of customers relying on our Planning team to plan the production perfectly & start the process of feeding the UK!

What You Will Be Doing:

• Work with large data sets, using both google, excel & other formats
• Prepare inputs & outputs for various tools/software to support efficient production planning
• Work closely with operations team to ensure accurate & efficient planning of all stock onto production lines
• Suggest & Implement improvements of planning tools by taking on product ownership & using initiative to improve & develop planning functionalities for the team & wider business
• Solve planning related problems effectively under pressure & escalate appropriately in a timely manner

Who You Are:

• Have the ability to process large amounts of data sets 
• Good knowledge of Excel & Google Sheets 
• Previous experience of working with a warehouse management system (WMS) & production software tools
• Ability to work well under pressure, & problem solve with ease

Location: The Granary, Unit 3, Chalker Way, Banbury, OX16 4XD

Shift Pattern: Sun-Wed 6:30am-5:30pm & Wed-Sat 6:30-5:30pm - you will be rotating these shifts every 3 months
