TheRelationship Director will report into the Client Success Vice President. S/He will be a key part of a highly effective global team, helping to run the key clients in the regional.
You will be responsible for attending the Regionals customer base, with the exception of So Paulo, in order to deploy & retain the corporate customer. Present the results, show the value of the service, as well as seek solutions that provide loyalty & profitability.
- Customer portfolio retention;
- Implementation of new customers;
- Expansion of portfolio clients;
- Mapping of new opportunities in the portfolio client & in the expansion phase, be it products, as well as new bases, volume traded abroad;
- Present monthly result delivery consultancies
Thequalifications requiredfor this position are:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance or related field;
- Experience with field sales/relationship;
- Self-motivated & persuasive personality;
- Ability to generate empathy with clients & peers;
- Organization & Control skills;
- Fluent in English.
