In this role you will initially be tasked with providing a delightful customer experience to a set of our partners receiving our Instagram Management solution. You will be responsible for communicating with customers & resolving their inquiries while liaising with our creative team in Indonesia to ensure they have what they need at all times to deliver exceptional work to our partners.
