ROLE
Build & lead Growth & Marketing at Superhuman to significantly drive demand, build massive positive brand awareness, & unlock the growth of the Superhuman Teams Business. In doing so, accelerate the entire Superhuman mission & grow ARR from $25M to $100M over the next 3 years.
Our Head of Growth & Marketing will serve on our executive team to define our future acts & achieve our vision: a productivity & collaboration ecosystem used by & loved by millions of professionals!
Major Outcomes
Outcome #1: Drive demand to grow revenue from $25M to $100M ARR over the next 3 years.
- Widen top of funnel by developing our current channels & launching new channels.
- Build & scale our B2B Acquisition Strategy to grow logo acquisition 10x over the next 3 years.
- Ignite & scale our Product-Led Sales (PLS) Motion to 5x our B2C2B conversion over the next 12 months.
- Increase funnel conversion by optimizing our prospect journey.
Outcome #2: Drive end-user growth flywheel
- Maximize Product-Led Growth impact, in partnership with Product: Onboarding, Referrals, Virality.
- In-product lead generation
- Drive retention by nurturing the full customer & user lifecycles.
Outcome #3: Define, execute, & evolve our go-to-market strategy.
- Frame key strategy questions, conduct research, & decide on approaches. Examples include:
- How should we evolve our packaging, pricing, & positioning for our consumer & business products?
- How should we optimize our go-to-market for Superhuman for Business?
- Where should our go-to-market strategy be product-led, demand-led, or relationship-led?
- What markets, company types/sizes, & personas should we target?
- Execute a world-class go-to-market strategy in partnership with our Head of Sales & our go-to-market leadership team.
Outcome #4: Build massive positive awareness of the Superhuman brand.
- Create & execute our business brand strategy:
- Determine positioning, pricing, & packaging for Superhuman for Business.
- Drive awareness & adoption as we bring new products to market.
- Create & execute our prosumer brand strategy:
- Position Superhuman as an aspirational brand that stands for achieving your potential.
- Create a category & establish Superhuman as the category leader.
- Implement & optimize numerical brand tracking, including customer sentiment, aided/unaided awareness, & brand reputation.
Outcome #5: Build & scale our Growth & Marketing team & infrastructure.
- Recruit, retain, & develop a diverse & talented team of growth & marketing.
- Lead the organization with coaching, prioritization, clear communication, & modeling the Superhuman values.
- Execute through a high-paced & rigorous experimentation pipeline.

You have 12+ years of experience in Product-led, Sales-led, & Marketing-led GTM strategies for B2C2B + B2B businesses with at least 6 years building & leading the strategy & managing teams.

- Strategizing, Prioritization, & Execution: Able to build, prioritize, & deliver QoQ & YoY B2C2B + B2B growth strategies for Mid-market & Enterprise SaaS businesses.
- People Management: Develops, hires, & retains high-performing growth & marketing teams, including growth marketing, brand marketing, content marketing, performance marketing, product marketing, & marketing operations.
- Making & Owning Tough Decisions: Good balance between data-centric rapid experimentation & bold risk-taking.
- Bias for Action: Speed matters. Takes rapid steps forward, even in the face of uncertainty, recognizing action is the catalyst for progress & growth.
- Async Communication: Communicates succinctly & quickly across various mediums (especially Slack, Notion, & email). Can produce or consume long documents as needed without sacrificing speed.
- Caring Deeply, Challenging Directly: Discusses & debates ideas openly, even when the decision is tough. Disagrees, commits, & challenges others to do the same.
- Strong Entrepreneurial Mindset: This is a transformational role, with many areas without a playbook.

SALARY
The Head of Growth & Marketing role may span a range of experience & expertise. Through our interview process, we will review your background, local market data, & use a mix of technical & qualitative assessments to determine where you fall in our range. We will talk about compensation in our first conversation & be transparent throughout the process about which level we think is the best match for you in our organization.
Our salaries for this role within US markets range from $300,000 $340,000+. The salary range does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary, bonus, benefits, & company stock options.
We are open to candidates in the US & Canada. We take a locally informed approach to compensation & will be able to share ranges based on your geographical location of residence.
