Perhaps you are a delivery lead professional already, or a technical project manager with the exceptional talent of leading in complex, large scale, & agile environments? Possibly you are a magnificent optimizer? You could come from a diversity of backgrounds, such as engineering manager, entrepreneurship, product-centric roles, or a scrum master role. Or possibly a dexterous agile coach with a history as a developer.

What's important is that you have a desire to learn more, move beyond your comfort zone, & push boundaries. 

Your strong evidence of influence, leadership, & delivery is most likely already known from previous work in complex initiatives using Agile practices. You thrive on taking a holistic view of the architecture & deep dive into technical details. You see problems as opportunities & take the initiative to make changes & improvements. You will play an important role in taking Klarna to the next level - thus, you should desire to go above & beyond to deliver & grow as an individual.

What we offer you.

Delivery lead is all about driving & delivering our most complex & challenging cross-team engineering initiatives that directly link to Klarna's strategy from inception into production.

The work will require working cross-functionally & collaboratively with Engineering, Product, Operations, & Infrastructure teams to plan, choreograph & coordinate large software systems with high quality, & at incredible speed. You will know our team's technologies & dependencies & have their backs by making these transparent across teams. You will have an eagle eye for ensuring dependent teams are not broken by upstream changes. On a daily basis, you will provide direction & guidance of scaled agile practices across multiple teams & relentlessly focus on improving & maintaining deliveries across teams.

You will also be part of our Delivery lead competence, a group of professionals striving towards speed & continuous improvement. Together we create an open & collaborative environment where you, as a Delivery lead, can upskill & grow your competence.
