We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team. This position will report directly into the Head of Commercial Finance & will work on the companys financial reporting & budgeting. The candidate will provide analysis, metrics & generate insights that support key initiatives. The analyst will serve as a business partner in a cross-functional capacity with leadership across FP&A, marketing, strategy, operations, & business development to pioneer new ideas & solve complex business challenges.

Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Provide financial decision support (budgeting/forecasting, variance analysis & underlying cost drivers) to ensure optimal achievement of expense targets
  • Act as a business partner & intermediary between key stakeholders & finance
  • Improve operational efficiency by streamlining processes & enhancing reporting automation
  • Prepare monthly financial management reports including financial statement summaries & operating KPIs
  • Analyze monthly, quarterly, annual business results, KPIs, trends, & critical business insights to the Groups leadership team
  • Proactively provide quantified insights & propose solutions to areas of risk & opportunity to influence business strategy
  • Prepare recurring financial presentations for Senior Management Team
  • Address ad-hoc financial analysis requests & inquiries

What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Corporate Finance
  • MBA & other finance professional certificates (such as CFA) optional, but not required
  • Strong interpersonal skills & the ability to effectively communicate & build relationships with all levels of the organization
  • Strong financial, analytical & problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to distill financial data into clear & concise insights
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize & manage competing priorities effectively in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment
  • Ability to think creatively, highly-driven & self-motivated
  • Hyperion Essbase & Oracle Smart View experience a plus
  • Strong computer skills; Advanced Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint skills
  • Experience in e-gaming or online gambling a plus!
