About the role

Simple Health is seeking an experienced, creative & data-driven leader to join the Marketing Team as a CRM Marketing Manager. Youll be responsible for managing, growing & optimizing our email program & supporting additional marketing channels, including content & referral, while helping us launch new products & business offerings as theyre developed. This role will involve lots of collaboration across the business from engineering to analytics. Reporting to the Director of Retention Marketing, this role will support both the birth control & contact lens businesses.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Manage email marketing calendar & regularly generate new ideas for engaging email content to attract prospects & retain patients
  • Utilize our ESP Iterable to automate & optimize personalized workflows that improve the patient experience & deliver against business goals
  • Create a robust segmentation & testing strategy aimed at personalizing the patient experience
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across the organization to understand key initiatives & email needs, maximizing the use of the email channel to drive engagement & improve the patient experience
  • Report on & improve KPIs for all campaigns
  • Stay on top of email trends & best practices
  • Assist with managing the Simple Health blog, including identifying content opportunities, overseeing the monthly content calendar & managing the freelance writer
  • Support additional marketing initiatives & projects, including a referral program, user research, PR & SEO
  • Partner with the product team to improve/implement tools that help optimize marketings processes

About you

  • 3+ years experience in CRM Marketing, Email Marketing, or similar role
  • Strong strategy & analytical skills, with an advanced understanding of success metrics
  • Extensive experience with A/B testing & marketing experimentation
  • Extremely organized, detail oriented & self-motivated
  • Excellent writing & proofreading skills
  • Creative & excited to learn in a fast-paced & energetic environment
  • Interested in healthcare & technology
  • Expert in email automation tools, preferably Iterable
  • Ability to edit HTML
  • Proficient in Excel

Nice to haves

  • A background in E-commerce or Healthcare
  • SQL skills
