About the Position


  • Collaborates with analytics team to gather & review data & conduct straightforward analyses
  • Demonstrates up-to-date expertise & applies this to the development, execution, & improvement of action plans
  • Models compliance with company policies & procedures & supports company standards of ethics & integrity

People Development:

  • Requests feedback on own work & provides feedback to others
  • Receives mentoring from more experienced associates

Pricing Monitoring/ Management:

  • Tracks & reviews prices in the system for SKUs within a sub-category on a daily basis & makes adjustments as directed (e.g., corrects errors, adjusts for planned price changes)
  • Responds to basic pricing-related inquiries for SKUs within sub-category

Pricing Processes & Strategies:

  • Gathers basic pricing data (e.g., competitor prices, site traffic/demand) to inform strategy for specific products within a sub-category
  • Summarizes findings to inform the development of the pricing strategy for products within a sub-category
  • Executes components of process & pricing strategies for products in a sub-category
  • Executes tests to measure the impact of strategy changes & capture consumer feedback for products within a sub-category
  • Provides & supports the implementation of business solutions

Research & Analysis:

  • Gathers relevant data on customers & retail market (competitive prices, supplier prices, demand, promotions, etc.)
  • Performs analysis of historical pricing data for products in a sub-category & summarizes findings for Pricing Manager
  • Drafts analytical dashboards & creates standard reports for products in a sub-category under the direction of more senior Associate Pricing Managers

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field or equivalent experience
