About the Job

We are looking for a smart, fun, & strategicTalent Acquisition Manager to join our teamin Bronx, NY. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to help shape sourcing & assessment strategies, technology & tools, & cutting-edge recruitment processes to identify & hire top-notch talent forJet eCommerce.You will act as a consultant in hiring processes, relocation, compliance, compensation, leveling guidelines, etc. You willdevelopsourcing strategies,identify, engage & securetoptalent (both passive & active), & be the search expert for the functional area of operations. In partnership with operations leaders, HR leaders, & talent acquisition leaders, this role will develop talent acquisition strategies to attract, hire & retain the best in class for the fulfillment center organization of Jet eCommerce.

  • Acquire industry knowledge & comparative market data to drive potential changes to the staffing plan
  • Develop & maintain collaborative working relationships with customer care leadership team
  • Manage & maintain TA recruiting budget while supporting the staffing plan for customer care hiring
  • Partner with hiring teams on sourcing, attraction & assessment strategies
  • Lead intake, calibration & weekly/bi-weekly recruitment update meetings
  • Developindividualized sourcing strategies for the functional areas while executing & iterating where appropriate
  • Maintain solid & up-to-date pipeline, funnel & conversion metrics; provide a synthesis of open requisitions, including distance from goal & objective statuses (on/off track)
  • Lead the pre-employment process for customer care new hires including completion of new hire paperwork, administration of background checks & drug screens
  • Provide a brilliant candidate experience, & positive partnership for each hiring team you collaborate with
  • Manage full lifecycle Internal recruitment process
  • Assist on additional key recruitment initiatives (events, job fairs, on-site campus treks, etc.)
  • Ensure consistency, efficiency & compliance with federal, state & local laws, & company policies
  • Ensure all TA activities are compliant with the established sourcing, recruiting, & selection procedures including maintaining appropriate record keeping

About You

  • 4+ years of progressive recruitment experience supporting hourlyclassand salaried hiring
  • Experience working in a high-volume recruitment, results/production driven
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills; good business acumen & ability to give presentations
  • Commitment to learning & feedback, willing to hold others accountable
  • Strong organizational & time management skills
  • Ability to make objective judgments & decisions using integrity & consistency
  • Ability to build relationships & maintain confidentiality
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
