We are looking for a Head of Social Media to take our social strategy to the next level & build the foundations of a highly ambitious international social media team. You will actively participate in raising Qonto's brand awareness with the goal of creating a brand that our community loves & talks about.
You will work with Qonto's different local & global marketing team members & will ensure cross-team coordination between them in order to carry out your missions!
As a Head of Social at Qonto, you will
• Scale the social media function: set-up the department for expansion, hire team members & structure the team, build rock-solid processes & frameworks
• Build Qonto's long-term social media playbook aiming at positioning our brand uniquely in the B2B FinTech ecosystem & creating a conversational approach to building tight-knit communities
• Lead the production of social media content & creative campaigns with in-house brand designers & external resources (freelancers and/or agencies)
• Scale user engagement flows to reply to queries & comments in partnership with our CS social team.
• Co-Hire Social Media Managers at a local level with Local Marketing Leads, empower them to lead local social go-to-market expansion strategies. Ensure consistency across platforms & countries.

About You
• Experience: Social ExpertPrevious work experience as a Social Media Lead scaling & managing international teams
• Social Media Expert: Hands-on deep knowledge of social media platforms & social media tools (publishing, engaging, analytics)
• Creative DNA: you can conceive & drive the production of multi-touch points social media campaigns using photos, video, motion design whilst leveraging the right in-house / external experts
• Solid project management & reporting skills
• Languages: Fluent in English; French is a big plus
