Hitched is the UKs leading digital wedding business providing an end-to-end service of inspiration, planning tools & a wedding vendor marketplace that couples use to arrange their perfect wedding. The central operating model of the business is a highly successful subscription marketplace that connects couples with wedding venues & suppliers. Now in its 24th year, Hitched was acquired in January 2020 by The Knot Worldwide.


Hitched is looking for a professional & ambitious Commercial Analyst who uses data to think critically & strategically to develop & grow revenue within vertical(s)/market segments.

The right person for this role will have an entrepreneurial mindset & be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where things are not fully defined. Successful candidates will be comfortable working both as an individual contributor & as part of a team.

Youll need to be self-motivated & focused. We want people we can trust to get the job done.


  • Proactively identify opportunities to drive sales productivity & performance through data analysis, & implementation of new systems & processes
  • Develop scalable, automated dashboards to provide benchmarking & progress against KPIs & initiatives - both locally & internationally.
  • Perform ad-hoc reports & analysis
  • Support key commercial initiatives
  • Gather information on competitors, & conduct analysis on their sales, prices & methods of distribution & marketing to thoroughly learn about the competition
  • Collect & analyze data regarding consumer & vendor preferences, demographics, buying habits & needs to better identify market potential & factors influencing product demand
  • Provide leadership with proposals & information on the distribution, promotion, pricing & design of products & services
  • Analyze performance metrics to gauge pricing & identify cause & effect relationship
  • Measure the effectiveness of sales, advertising, marketing & communications strategies
  • Support in the development of training materials & tools for new roll-outs & launches to the Sales team


  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends, understand challenges, propose solutions & evaluate results
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Confidence & enthusiasm when presenting information to decision makers
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills with strong ability to engage & persuade
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, & organizational skills 
  • Proven success in a fast-paced, constantly evolving & competitive team environment
  • Ability to work independently, as well as be a collaborative team member
  • Experience with Salesforce (preferable) or another CRM system
