Title: Lead User Researchers
Duties: The Lead User Researchers (Multiple Positions Open) at Chime Financial in San Francisco, California will lead research studies that inform development of products & services for Chime employees & Chime members. Design user research studies using mixed methods, including but not limited to interviews, usability tests, & surveys. Work collaboratively with stakeholders from Product, Design, Marketing, & Analytics to understand our members & unearth problems. Produce research artifacts that are consumable to the company at large to inform what were learning about members. Act as a champion for high caliber user advocacy throughout Chime. Coach junior researchers & interns to develop their research craft.
Requirements: Master's degree in Psychology, Market Research, Linguistics, or a directly related field plus three years of user research or product management experience for digital products. The three years of experience must include one year of experience with each of the following: (1) conducting research methodologies including survey writing, survey analysis, user interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, & field studies; (2) designing research studies to evaluate the impact of designs on products; (3 )leading research to inform development of enterprise products for employees; (4) conducting benchmarks of learning or content management systems; & (5) analyzing survey data.
