In this leadership role, you will be responsible for our customer, demand & awareness campaigns at Medallia. The ideal candidate is an expert in B2B tech marketing - analytical, hands-on, & with a passion for demand generation.
Reporting to our VP of Demand Marketing, this is a high-visibility, high-impact role where you will partner closely with the marketing & sales teams to drive awareness, demand, & pipeline generation.
You will develop & drive the strategy & execution for delivering best-in-class customer experiences across our key acquisition channels & purchase flows. You will lead the team building campaigns supporting awareness, showcase product features, & communicate value propositions to generate required pipeline creation. This is a management role, & will require some hands-on work!
You will partner with key stakeholders in marketing & across the organization, including product & vertical solutions marketing, creative, field marketing & sales. You will create engaging & effective strategies for awareness, engagement, & conversion of prospects & customers. You will identify the content required for campaigns, & curate rich, personalized experiences that integrate across paid, owned, & earned media channels.
