Lifecycle Marketing E-Commerce Coordinator

The Lifecycle Marketing team is transforming the way BARK engages with its millions of customers.  Were mobilizing big data, clever creative & multiple channels to build a 1:1 communications experience that anticipates & answers each customers needs across their lifetime with BARK (from prospect nurture & conversion to subscriber engagement & upsell to long-term retention & loyalty). We are hiring a Lifecycle Marketing E-Commerce Coordinator to help launch products across various sales channels. This person has experience managing products through the entire lifecycle - from tracking samples & working with the photo to writing briefs for emails & banners on site. You will also be responsible for executing strategies on our e-commerce platforms to drive both new subscribers & revenue in partnership with the broader Lifecycle Marketing team.  The right candidate will enjoy learning about our unique & growing business & proactively tackling any challenges of scaling new business initiatives in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.


  • Track samples, images & copy requests for photo creative team against monthly timelines & inventory availability
  • Build & execute multichannel communication programs that increase conversion & subscriber growth 
  • Daily/weekly upkeep of reporting documents & studying sales performance
  • Provide guidelines to creative team & convey product features & benefits
  • Partner cross functionally to identify & communicate upcoming products, product details & promotions
  • Build product pages & collections for e-commerce platforms in a timely & consistent manner
  • Maintain merchandising of website based on product newness, seasonality & sales opportunities


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of marketing or e-commerce experience required; subscription a plus.
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills.
  • Comfort & basic proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, a plus.
  • Proactive thinker & scrappy, entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Must love dogs.
