Lead of Marketing Technology, B2B is an exciting new role on the Marketing strategy & operations team within B2B Marketing, responsible for defining & executing a customer-centric long term MarTech strategy. We are looking for a highly analytical & strategic individual who is passionate about marketing & advertising technology while also highly effective in translating marketing requirements & carrying out pragmatic solutions in an agile & measurable way. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the creation & implementation of a comprehensive long term MarTech strategy across numerous Digital Marketing channels including Email, Paid Media, Inbox Notification, SEO

  • Champion the application of data & technology in delivering customer-centric & solution-selling marketing execution, in close partnership with various teams & stakeholders to implement, integrate, automate & enhance MarTech solutions

  • Project management of all new marketing technology implementations, including managing timelines, coordination with CRM engineering team, & ongoing reporting of critical deliverables

  • Track product adoption, system performance, unnecessary redundancies, & value delivered of marketing technology solutions

  • Responsible for creating an ROI framework to assess the value of MarTech investments, & effectively communicate to various levels of management

  • Research Marketing Technology trends & emerging platforms & capabilities & identify the opportunities to improve marketing productiveness

  • Manage the day-to-day of CRM operations team & prioritize requirements to support various marketing campaigns such as email & paid marketing campaign, lander deployment

What We Seek:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or related field

  • 4+ years of relevant experience with minimum 3 years working in hands-on MarTech  and/or data analytics roles

  • Proven Experience across Ad Tech, CRM Tech, Marketing Automation, BI & Data & Analytics platforms

  • Demonstrated experience leading & influencing cross-functional teams

  • Ability to communicate complex analytical information in clear, concise & compelling manner to executive leadership to inspire action

  • Enthusiastic & self-motivated, with the ability to lead the team & projects proactively & in ambiguous situations

  • Meticulous attention to detail, with an overall passion for continual improvement

  • Innovative & creative, with a logical & methodical approach to problem solving

  • Credible & articulate, with excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills

  • Ability to think in such a way as to produce a new concept or idea & to make decisions or take actions to solve a problem or reach a goal
