What youll be responsible for:

This person will report to the Senior Manager, Demand Generation. This is a unique opportunity to spearhead the strategy of arguably one of the most important B2B channels -- email marketing. In addition to the marketing team, you will work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders from product, product marketing & revenue operations to understand campaign goals & develop a meaningful customer journey through B2B marketing channels. This role will have a huge impact on campaign performance for product launches, target segments & solutions. 

What you'll work on:

  • Run & scale the day-to-day operations of our global email marketing program. You will act as the internal expert for how our company leverages email marketing & go-to-market campaigns.
  • Establish persona-based, lead nurturing programs with the goal of driving new leads into the funnel & converting leads from MQLs to SQLs.
  • Develop & execute a strategy to continually grow our opted-in database of marketing contacts.
  • Test, analyze & improve email performance.
  • Design, build, & execute email marketing, lifecycle nurture, & event marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to manage campaigns from initial planning to development, launch & reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing operations & demand gen team on customer journey mapping, creating a meaningful experience across all campaigns.
  • Provide reporting & analysis of campaigns within HubSpot, regularly communicate results to key stakeholders. 
  • Manage the email database with the marketing operations team, ensure proper compliance measures are in place.

What youll bring to Circle:

  • 5+ years experience in B2B marketing.
  • Experience driving strategy & implementation of end-to-end marketing campaigns.
  • You know the power of email marketing & have proven success in building out nurture campaigns that convert MQLs to SQLs.
  • Experience writing marketing copy, or at a minimum working with content & copywriting teams to efficiently create messaging.
  • Experience in database management & marketing automation tools, preferably HubSpot.
  • Effective project management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical & critical thinking skills.
  • Outstanding communication & writing skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment.
  • A basic understanding of crypto assets & blockchain technology is a plus with a strong desire to learn more. You are passionate about bringing this technology to the mainstream.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Wrike & Apple MacOS preferred.
