Were looking for a talented & dedicated Director of Customer Care to lead & develop our fantastic customer support team.


Food52 is known for both our best-in-class content & our thoughtfully curated collection of kitchen & home goods -- & we provide a customer experience that parallels & enhances the quality of our offerings. Our Customer Care Team is email & online chat-based & we strive to respond swiftly & helpfully, 7 days a week. We believe in the importance of personal touch (sending surprise gifts & handwritten thank you notes to customers), & we value every customer & their experience with us equally. This role provides an opportunity to influence the direction of Food52s customer experience as we continue to grow, & to ensure that everyone in the Food52 community experiences our signature customer care.


This position is based in NYC & falls within our Shop team. You must thrive on solving problems, know how to look beyond the obvious for solutions, & be an excellent team-player as well as a leader & motivator for your team. You also need to be nimble, creative & persistent. Expect to bring your personality & the Food52 brand to life in any & all interactions.
