We are seeking a process-oriented supply chain associate to assist with day-to-day warehousing functions: processing inbound & outbound receipts which include customer orders, purchase orders, vendor returns, transfer orders, & samples. This is an on-site role 5 days per week, based in Brooklyn NYC. 

Responsibilities:

• Processing inbound & outbound receipts
• Pick, pack & ship daily orders
• Conduct a full quality check of all items, both inbound & outbound
• Ensure that daily SLAs are met
• Communicate order exceptions with the customer Care Team
• Inventory management, particularly Fine Jewelry
• Adhere to established protocols regarding handling of jewelry orders.
• Some heavy lifting - up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with Fine Jewelry preferred
• Familiarity with inventory controls & protocols
• Warehouse operations/supply chain experience a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours & accommodate schedule changes as necessary
• Must be able to multitask, prioritize, anticipate needs & take direction
• Team player & ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented & high level of accuracy
• Possess a professional & friendly demeanor
• Be a problem solver
• Excellent communication skills
