In a few words
As a success planner, you are responsible for creating a clear, supported & defined path to success for customers, pre-purchase. Your mission is to ensure alignment between customer expectations & contract terms (notably service program) using a structured engagement model. You will be the voice of Customer Success in the Pre sales phase, & the go to person for deal qualification, customer success sign-off & service scoping. Supporting Customer Success while working on a daily basis with Sales, you will succeed if you can provide a seamless transition for all customers between pre sales pitch & post sales reality.
