Hudl has a flexible location policy. This position is available in Omaha, NE, Boston, MA or where our headquarters is located in Lincoln, NE. We are also offering this position remote within the United States.

This role is open to remote employees in select US states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, & Wyoming.

You are

  • Invested in Hudl Medias growth. You understand the value that Hudl Media & our ad products bring & managing a cross-functional go-to-market development process is exciting to you. You like to strategize & execute plans to attract brands to Hudl's digital ad experiences.
  • A clear communicator & relationship builder. Youre an effective written & verbal communicator who understands how influence, communicate, project manage, & build relationships in a hybrid working environment.
  • Two-brained. You have the ability to seamlessly transition between creative right-brain work & an analytical left-brain approach to making data-driven recommendations for the Media business unit.
  • Growth minded. Youre intellectually curious & a continuous learner. Youre seek feedback on your work with the knowledge that it will help you & the team grow together. You give respectfully blunt feedback to your teammates for the same reason.
  • Organized. Youre excellent at prioritizing & breaking down complex challenges into manageable steps, even if its something youve never done before. You take ownership of your tasks & are able to effectively prioritize what needs to get done.

You will

  • Strategize. Manage a cross-functional go-to-market development process to strategize & execute plans to attract brands to Hudl's digital ad experiences 
  • Research. Work closely with Hudl Studios, Media Services, Brand Partnerships, & the Media product team to gain valuable audience, client, brand partner, platform performance, & content insights.
  • Coordinate. Establish project plans working closely with cross functional contributors & hold the team accountable to milestones & deadlines.
  • Create. Create, source, & distribute content where necessary, for example, writing & managing customer communications, email nurtures, digital ads, & social media campaigns to drive awareness, demand generation & product adoption
  • Advocate. Be the voice of the customer (e.g., brands) back to internal teams. 
  • Support. Own the brand sales enablement toolkit, document customer feedback & use data to optimize product offerings..
