Contentsquare is looking for a high-energy, driven Head of Sales Development with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude & natural sales management instincts to lead our Sales Development Representative team & fuel Contentsquare growth in the US market. The Sales Development team is based in our NYC office & is responsible for generating new business by hunting after the right enterprise companies, qualifying leads, & driving various outbound campaigns. The SDR team members are creative, passionate, & self-driven team players. You will play a key role as you lead/manage this highly visible & motivated team to achieve individual, team & organizational quotas. Reporting into the Global Director of Sales Development, this person will be a member of Contentsquare's US Sales Leadership team & will work closely with local senior leadership in New York & San Francisco.
