Join the Snowflake Legal team & help us scale our legal department as we grow! We are looking for an experienced attorney to join our expanding legal team & work closely with our sales & alliances teams to negotiate deals with customers & partners.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the development of the legal department at Snowflake as we ramp to support Snowflake's rapidly expanding business. A significant part of the job will consist of reviewing, negotiating & drafting agreements for sales transactions & supporting Snowflake's worldwide sales, services, partner alliances, support organizations & channel distribution programs, as well as new product expansion. This individual must be a self-motivated team player with the ability to take a leadership role in identifying & resolving legal issues, drafting & negotiating contracts, & balancing legal & business concerns. Experience with issues pertaining to SaaS, data privacy & cloud computing, including sales & support of products, development, IP, commercial law & revenue recognition is required. Candidates should work well in a fast-paced, challenging environment as part of a dynamic team of professionals, & have the ability to communicate effectively in group settings & before senior management.
