Job Description

What is a Team Lead?

A team leader is responsible for helping their fellow team members with day to day activities such as email, phone, & other forms of outreach. Helping them frame their conversations with potential prospects & answering basic day to day questions. Keeping the team excited & acting as the go to person to ask for help that the team requires. A Team Leader will also have a subset of accounts they will prospect into in order to lead the team by example.

Responsibilities.

  • Create & maintain a fun & exciting team atmosphere
  • Identify areas of need for the team to local manager
  • Interview new BDRs for the team
  • Help team develop consistent messaging
  • Answer some day to day questions of what to do when
  • Prospect into key target accounts to lead team by example
  • Assist in onboarding of new people into the team
Qualifications
  • Must be able to work well with others as part of a team - Required
  • Strong communication skills (both written & verbal) - Required
  • Passionate & driven to excel - Required
  • University degree in a business subject or relevant experience - Required
  • Microsoft Office & Salesforce.com experience -Required
  • Experience leading a team of Business Development Reps/ Sales Development Reps/ Inside Sales Reps / Lead Generation - Strongly Preferred
