Weve just crossed 50 employees, & growing fast!  We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who can grow into a leadership role to help with our expansion. As part of this job, youll design & implement strategy & manage a full life cycle recruitment process from research, sourcing, screening candidates, interviewing, scheduling, managing candidate assessment through the offer, acceptance & onboarding.


  • Design & implement recruitment strategy. Manage a full life-cycle recruitment process, from research, sourcing, screening candidate, interviewing, managing candidate assessment through the offer & acceptance, with both active & passive candidates
  • Source & recruit all open positions to include engineering, sales & marketing & G&A
  • Build a pipeline of targeted prospects for the company by developing relationships with candidates as a trusted advisor
  • Manage the logistics of candidate assessment, candidate presentation, & interviews. Work with key stakeholders on follow-up feedback, reference checking, preparing & making job offers
  • Draft & route offer letters
  • Leverage recruitment technology & social media campaigns & platforms. Represent the company as a brand ambassador
  • Work with recruiting partners & manage recruitment vendors to assure a seamless process for managers & candidates
  • Responsible for coordination of on-boarding & new hire orientation
  • Work with managers to develop job descriptions
  • Able to train work groups in interview techniques
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment practices
  • Implement Greenhouse to LinkedIn & Trinet
  • Process H1B visas & green card application


  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources or related field required
  • 7 to 10 years of progressively responsible Recruiting & Human Resources Generalist experience. Demonstrated success of sourcing & recruiting a variety of candidates, from entry level & up
  • Must possess a high degree of professionalism & emotional intelligence
  • Demonstrated ability to work proactively & collaboratively within a team setting to accomplish business objectives
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Must be proactive, with the ability to deliver with a high level of customer service
  • Ability to manage through ambiguity & multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build & maintain effective, positive working relationships across all levels of staff
  • Proficiency in the use of applicant tracking systems (e.g. Greenhouse or similar), Outlook, & MS Office Suite applications
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
