As a Contract Recruiter, you will report to the Vice President, Talent Acquisition. You will own the full cycle of recruiting for several business verticals, as well as campus recruiting. You must be self-motivated, resourceful, and a natural relationship builder, and love the challenge of providing talent solutions for a fast-growing, dynamic, start-up teams. In addition to full cycle recruiting, you will also have the opportunity to help build out a growing talent acquisition function by choosing select project to work on.

Perform full cycle recruiting for several business verticals.
Own the creation and execution of Suzy's campus recruitment strategy
Develop and maintain effective partnerships with key leaders and hiring managers to understand their structure, key initiatives, and growth plans
Navigate, influence, and drive consensus among hiring teams to select and close top talent
Track relevant recruiting metrics and analyze data to inform and optimize your approach
Own one or more projects which contribute to the build-out of the talent acquisition function
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment such as a tech start-up or ad agency. A mix of corporate and search firm experience is a plus
Ability to prioritize workload and adapt to last-minute changes
Proven success in sourcing, screening, and selection of top talent
Demonstrated ability to execute proactive and innovative recruiting strategies, including employer branding in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, interview process management, and sourcing tools
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal business partners
Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure recruiting performance
Proven ability to act at both the strategic and tactical levels in a fast-paced environment; must be extremely organized, detail oriented, flexible and able to multitask
Experience recruiting for all corporate business verticals is a plus
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. Must be able to work with all levels in the organization
