WHO WERE SNIFFIN' FOR:

We're looking for a dynamic sample coordinator to join the BARK team. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, detail oriented, & proactive.  They will assist the product & design team in bringing product lines from the ideation phase to reality in-box. They will focus on day to day sample management, supporting operations related to product samples, & general data management.  This person will own the current product library & the historical product archive for the ~500 toys we make each year.

DOODIES:

• Track, process & maintain all DT product samples. Including but not limited to samples in development & final production samples.
• Inputting product features in the PLM system.
• Provide samples to the photography team & communicate key product features & shot needs prior to photoshoots in our tracking system.
• Manage the product play testing program in collaboration with the Design Team.
• Be the gatekeeper for all internal sample requests.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Entry level role
• Bachelors Degree 
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, be proactive & meet deadlines in a fast-paced

environment.

• Must communicate clearly, effectively & professionally with all business partners.
• Strong team player with ability to collaborate cross functionally & jump in at a moments notice.
• Ability to think strategically, conceptually & creatively.
• Excellent work ethic, always willing to go the extra mile.
• Administrative duties as needed.
• This position is based in NYC & requires being in office 70% of the time.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
