BACH is a mobile app and planning tool for bachelor and bachelorette groups to discover and book incredible experiences from start to finish. The platform's mission stems around inspiring adventure for travelers while reducing the inherent pain points of group travel related to accommodations, activities, nightlife, payments, logistics and beyond. Its seamless interface allows users to collaborate and share a group itinerary, chat with guests, track and split expenses, and purchase experiences all in-app.
BACH launched in September of 2019 in select cities. We're currently live in 14 markets including Nashville, Miami, Austin, and Scottsdale. The Growth Lead is paramount to our success.
The Role: Growth Lead
-Manage and optimize paid and organic channels to drive new user acquisition and booking growth
-Own monthly budgets across Facebook, Google, Pinterest, TikTok and other relevant platforms
-Lead digital ad creation process in collaboration with creative partners
-Update growth model and report on performance regularly
-Develop a deep understanding of the customer journey, including how parties plan their trips
-Launch strategies which drive users to complete valuable actions throughout the funnel, leveraging email marketing, push and SMS
-Valuable actions include booking accommodations, experiences and relevant products and services to cater to their parties
-Build, monitor and optimize automated workflows via Iterable
-Educate customers on how to get the most out of our app and it's planning features
-Interpret and champion key product metrics including retention, conversion rates and feature adoption rates
-Leverage product features and referral programs to grow our active user base
-Establish viral growth loops on and off platform, using content and capitalizing on key actions within the customer journey
-We are a small startup team, so many of these efforts will be combined with those of other departments including business development, creative, and product development. You will identify strengths and weaknesses in your toolset and utilize the team to complete these objectives, and possibly manage contracted work for areas in which we need additional support.
-3 - 5 years in a growth marketing role at a startup or early stage company
-Experience working with consumer apps; marketplace experience preferred
-Experience working with lifecycle marketing platforms that operate across email, push and SMS
-Experience with Iterable or similar platforms is a plus
-Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, Retention, and Key Product Funnel Metrics
