THE POSITION:

The Casino omni channel senior director will be responsible to develop FanDuel gaming relationship with our land-based partners to maximize the commercial opportunity & grow the Casino business.

THE GAME PLAN:
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Casino commercial focal point for land-based partners
  • Develop a strategy to maximize the potential of our land-based partners to increase online revenues & appeal to this customer base
  • Identify marketing strategies that will appeal to B&M customers, working closely with FD marketing teams
  • Support the VIP team in tailoring our proposition in the market
  • Explore opportunities for future collaboration
  • Support new markets entry
  • Contribute to the loyalty program planning & execution
  • Represent the voice of the customers of traditional casino consumers
  • exploring offline casino trends & bringing those to be unique features for us in online world
  • Initiate innovative concepts to bridge between the online & offline world

THE STATS:
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in land-based gaming must
  • Strong understanding of the US market
  • Proven execution capabilities
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent required
  • Strategic mind-set with the ability to take a long-term view & anticipate future trends & implications
  • Collaborate & be a team player by working with the team & stakeholders across the organization to get things done
  • Passionate about gaming
  • Dynamic thinking & ability to work in a constantly changing environment
