THE POSITION:
Our roster has an opening with your name on it
The Casino omni channel senior director will be responsible to develop FanDuel gaming relationship with our land-based partners to maximize the commercial opportunity & grow the Casino business.
THE GAME PLAN:
Everyone on our team has a part to play
- Casino commercial focal point for land-based partners
- Develop a strategy to maximize the potential of our land-based partners to increase online revenues & appeal to this customer base
- Identify marketing strategies that will appeal to B&M customers, working closely with FD marketing teams
- Support the VIP team in tailoring our proposition in the market
- Explore opportunities for future collaboration
- Support new markets entry
- Contribute to the loyalty program planning & execution
- Represent the voice of the customers of traditional casino consumers
- exploring offline casino trends & bringing those to be unique features for us in online world
- Initiate innovative concepts to bridge between the online & offline world
THE STATS:
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in land-based gaming must
- Strong understanding of the US market
- Proven execution capabilities
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent required
- Strategic mind-set with the ability to take a long-term view & anticipate future trends & implications
- Collaborate & be a team player by working with the team & stakeholders across the organization to get things done
- Passionate about gaming
- Dynamic thinking & ability to work in a constantly changing environment
