About the Role:

HelloFresh Canada is on the hunt for a creative & customer-centric Senior Brand Managerto own the brand strategy, as well as oversee the content, PR & design teams. You & your team will be responsible for non-paid marketing efforts, ensuring our value proposition is compelling & drives customer acquisition, retention & loyalty both online & offline. You will partner with cross-team stakeholders to ensure HelloFreshs paid acquisition efforts perform more effectively & think of ways to increase customer retention & LTV.

You will:

  • Mentor & manage local content, PR & design resources (internal & external)
  • Guide the team in translating business goals into communications & media solutions that grow our brand in Canada, & ensure consistency across all elements of plan development and
  • Develop & implement processes to accelerate brand building capabilities while coaching the team to be results driven, agile, future-thinking, & inspired
  • Lead local brand positioning & ongoing local brand planning , working closely with the customer, product, & research teams (local & global) to translated insights into winning consumer campaigns
  • Together with the Head of Customer & Product, lead business analysis & research initiatives, identifying tools & resources that will aid in the consumer insight gathering & strategic planning process
  • Set focused brand KPIs & metrics by campaign tactics & assets, tracking & reporting to ensure campaign success
  • Work cross-functionally with performance marketing, product, & operations teams to continuously integrate consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints in the customer journey (social, ads, website, email, in-box, etc.)

You have or are:

  • 6-8 years experience in brand strategy/insights; preferably within e-commerce
  • Proven track record of analytical expertise
  • Highly skilled at managing & briefing agencies & internal creative teams
  • Ecommerce/Consumer Goods experience
  • Solid budget management ability
  • Highly organized & adept in project management
  • Skilled at influencing & managing stakeholder
  • A passion for food & cooking; hands-on with the product in the production of brand content
