THE ROLE 

Peloton is looking for a passionate & talented Associate Manager to join its Bike acquisition marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Integrated Media, this role will support Bike acquisition campaigns in the U.S. across a variety of channels, including TV, OTT, Radio, Streaming Audio, Podcast, & Direct Mail, & will work closely with external agency partners & cross-functional partners across Marketing (including Media & Lifecycle, Product & Brand Marketing, Creative, Analytics, & Insights). This role is based in Pelotons New York office.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Support media planning for U.S. Bike activity spanning seasonal messaging & key initiatives
    • Experience developing campaign briefs & media mix/flighting 
    • Comfortable presenting to agencies & internal partner teams
    • Ability to project manage campaigns from inception through to execution & ensure teammates & agencies meet key milestones & campaigns launch on time
  • Own campaign execution & reporting in accordance with marketing campaign process
    • Liaise with internal & external cross-functional teams 
    • Provide input & feedback on campaign creative that adheres to channel best practices & aligns with campaign objectives 
  • Analyze data from ongoing media campaigns, pull out actionable insights, & optimize effectively in real time to drive business performance
  • Day-to-day support on media testing roadmap & operational tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of marketing or media experience
  • Analytical mindset with ability to identify data-driven insights & drive results
  • Excellent project management skills with impeccable attention to detail, bias for action, & organization
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills - must be a self starter
  • High level of proficiency in Google Suite; Looker experience a bonus
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment; must be adaptable & willing to take on additional responsibilities as necessary
  • DTC business experience a plus
  • Passionate about media & eager to learn
