Girls Who Code is an international non-profit organization working to close the gender gap in technology. Through our free Summer Immersion Program (SIP) & after school Clubs, we are leading the movement to inspire, educate, & equip young women with the computing skills to pursue careers in technology fields. The Manager of Student Recruitment supports the Director of Student Recruitment in recruiting thousands of high school girls to apply to the Girls Who Code Summer Immersion Program (SIP). SIP is a free 7-week introductory computer science program for 10th-11th grade girls going into junior or senior year where girls learn about computer science, gain exposure to tech jobs, and become change-makers in their communities.
The successful candidate has at least four (4) years of demonstrated experience managing recruiters, community ambassadors, or community organizers. They thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments & are driven by meeting & exceeding goals. They are highly organized, able to prioritize multiple projects, & work independently & with people from all backgrounds.
