You will play a pivotal role in launching our product offering to New Zealand & in taking Klarna to the next Level!
Within Klarna, the Merchant Success teams have been created to ensure we become true partners to our merchants & a catalyst for boosting their sales growth & profitability. Merchant Success teams are made up of several different competencies including Business Development, Marketing & Finance & Analytics & are supported by our Solutions & Delivery team.
This unique role will see you lead a cross functional team where you own the merchant relationship from the sales pipeline all the way through to growth-focused account management & overseeing the best possible experience for the merchant through partnering with us.
